What you need
⅔ lb. wholemeal spelled wheat
0,5 lb. spelled wheat
3 teaspoons salt
5 tablespoon rapeseed oil
⅔ pt. water
Pre-heat oven to 220°.
Mix all ingredients and knead into a solid dough.
Divide the dough into two equally sized parts and roll it as thin as you can on a floured table.
Create shaped crispbread from the dough mixture with a pastry cutter.
Put the hearts on a baking tray.
Brush the upper side with water and sprinkle with wholemeal spelled wheat.
Bake the crispbread for about 15 minutes or until they are golden.
