What you need
1 Fruit Heroes fruit bar
3 big cubes of wholemeal bread (not sliced)
2 cherry tomatoes
2 thick slices of cucumber
Roll the fruit bar into two balls and put all the ingredients onto the skewer.
If the snack is for a lunchbox, wrap it in clingfilm or a small plastic bag.
Replace the tomato and cucumber with other sorts of fruit and vegetables – e.g. mini corn on the cob, red or green pepper, pear or pineapple.
