Oatmeal porridge with apple/ raspberry

Makes 3-4 portions

What you need

½ pt. oatmeal
1 pt. water or skim milk
1 Fruit Heroes Apple & Raspberry fruit bar
½ apple - grated
A pinch of salt


Divide the fruit bar into smaller pieces and blend in a little of the water with a hand blender.
Stir all the ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil.
Let the porridge boil for about 5 minutes until it is thickened.


Arrange the oatmeal porridge on a soup plate with a apple cubes.
